Moment of Panic

The saddle order has vanished. Money that should have gone to pay for it is still in my bank account. I have a written down confirmation number and nothing else, and I am freaking out. the product listing has disappeared from the Dover website completely. And of course, i noticed all of this AFTER they closed for the night.

AHHHHHHHH.

    I've always had good experiences with their customer service. It might be as simple as they sold out of the saddle. Fingers crossed for you.

      They ~said~ everything is fine, but still have not sent any email confirmation and still the money hasn't been taken out AND they literally have no idea when they'll ship it

    Whether or not the saddle ever shows up, I absolutely will never be ordering from them again. My stress levels can't handle it.

When I started riding at CEC, I had roughly zero experience with riding horses that anyone in their right mind would consider "hot." I was a pretty timid rider as a child, and anything that moved too quickly was too much for me. I mentioned last week that the injections didn't seem to have made much of a difference for Leo; after 4-6 days, he should have been looking better, and he wasn't.  I attempted to contact my vet, and then proceeded to spend the next week playing phone tag.
